Can I return/exchange a product I bought from Kreative Arts Website?

Welcome to Our website, we take great care to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and seamless. By Kreative Arts policy, we do not offer product returns or exchanges unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we will re-fulfil your order or refund the amount.

To return or exchange a product, write to info@kreativearts.inalong with your order number, contact information and images of the product received or call us at +919899911190 within 24-48 hours after receiving the product.

Please note that any product purchased online cannot be exchanged in our stores.

What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?

Though we love when you make Kreative Arts a part of your home, sometimes due to our products being sold out we may cancel your order and Intimate you accordingly.

Shipping costs vary based on total gross/volumetric weight, whichever is greater than your order. Shipping costs will be added to your cart automatically
